Better Bigger Brighter

This year’s Manjimup Cherry Harmony Festival is the 15th.
And they said it would never last.

The spitters will make their mark again, on the tarmac, on the road, where the pips land.

And don’t forget the first prize in GlobeVista Cherry Pip Spitting Championship of Australia and All Other Freedom Loving nations of the Entire Universe is: free ticket to New Zealand to spit on their champs. Sorry, Against their champs.

This year the local champ will fly to Wellington in March and spit olive pips. The Big Spit will take place in Palmerston North, a town once verbally harassed by John Cleese.

But all is forgiven and John will be there to spit along with the best Australasia has to offer. Okay, maybe I made that up, but he will be mentioned, there is no doubt.
To spit a pip, be it cherry or olive, makes no difference, a spit is a spit, by any name.
